On the afternoon of August 28, the 2026 Formnext Asia Shenzhen officially came to a close at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As one of the exhibitors at this year's event, Zongheng3D Intelligent Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. showcased three core models at Hall 15 — the desktop DLP printer DM200, the SLS1518, and the SLS3540Pro.

DM200: The Precision Champion of Desktop DLP
In the fields of dentistry, jewelry, and precision manufacturing, precision is the lifeline. The DM200 is built for exactly this purpose. This high-precision DLP printer features a 4K-resolution optical engine, achieving a minimum layer thickness of 25 microns and a surface roughness below Ra 0.8μm. The dental models, jewelry wax patterns, and precision structural components displayed on-site gave many professional visitors a tangible sense of the advantages of surface-light projection printing in terms of speed and consistency.
As a bottom-up DLP system, the DM200 has a compact footprint (450×400×800mm) yet delivers an effective build volume of 192×108×120mm. Whether for dental clinics, jewelry studios, or university laboratories, it can be deployed with ease.
SLS 1518: The Desktop "Little Steel Cannon" That Stole the Show
This desktop SLS printer, with a build volume of 160×160×200mm and a price tag of just $13980, has completely disrupted the market's perception of SLS technology. Many visitors at our booth, after double-checking the price, exclaimed: "FDM pricing with SLS performance — this is a game-changer. "
But a low price doesn't mean low specs. The SLS1518 is equipped with a 10W laser and an industrial-grade galvanometer scanning system, achieving a forming accuracy of ±0.15mm and a surface roughness as low as Ra 12μm. It is compatible with a wide range of materials, including PA11, PA12, TPU, and carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon. With support-free printing of complex geometries, it is ideally suited for functional prototyping, low-volume end-use part production, and R&D testing.
