Warranty Policy
All our industrial 3D printers come with a standard 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions.
Warranty Services
During the warranty period, we provide comprehensive support through the following methods:
1) Remote Technical Assistance: Priority access to our technical support team for real-time troubleshooting, software guidance, and operational consultations via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
2) On-Site Service: For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we will dispatch certified engineers to your location to perform necessary repairs or part replacements.
3) Part Replacement: Defective components will be repaired or replaced, including related labor costs.
Terms & Conditions
Warranty applies only to original purchaser with valid purchase documentation.
Does not cover consumables, accessories, or damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors.
For on-site service, customer is responsible for providing safe working conditions and necessary local assistance.
