What is the difference between SLS, SLA and DLP 3D printing technology?
Brief Answer:
SLS uses laser sintering powder for functional end‑use parts, no support needed; SLA uses UV laser curing resin for high‑detail prototypes; DLP adopts digital light projection for high‑speed resin printing. Tell us your application, we can recommend the right model for you.
Which Supermaker 3D printer model is suitable for batch production?
Our SLS series (SLS2030 / SLS3540Pro) are designed for batch functional part manufacturing. SLA series fits high‑precision prototype production. Share your part size, material and monthly output requirement, our engineer will give suggestions.
What is the maximum build size of your industrial 3D printers?
Different models have different build volumes. SLS3540Pro: 350×350×400 mm; SLA600: 600×600×400 mm. Please check each product page for full build dimension parameters.
What dimensional accuracy can your industrial 3D machines achieve?
Accuracy depends on material, part geometry and printing parameters. Typical tolerance ±0.15 mm for SLS; ±0.1 mm for SLA resin printing.
Can your 3D printers print custom‑size parts for automotive / drone / footwear industry?
Yes. Our industrial machines widely serve automotive, drone, 3C electronics, footwear mold sectors. Send your part drawing, we can evaluate print feasibility for you.
Can I visit your showroom or factory?
Certainly. We welcome visits to our company and factory. Contact us to schedule a tour.
Do you sell complete machines only, or also provide printing service?
Mainly we supply industrial 3D printer hardware together with original materials. We do not focus on printing service.

What materials are compatible with your SLS 3D printers?
Support PA12, PA11, PA‑CF carbon fiber filled, PA‑GF glass fiber filled, TPU flexible powder. We supply original powder materials.
What resin materials work for your SLA/DLP printers?
Standard resin, tough resin, high‑temperature resistant resin, castable resin for jewelry application.
Can I use third‑party powder / resin on Supermaker machines?
Yes, our printers are also compatible with 3rd party materials(Open source)
What is the powder recycling rate for SLS machines?
Under proper operation, the powder refresh ratio is around 20‑30% for most nylon powders.
Delivery, Installation & After‑sales
What is your machine lead‑time?
Standard models normally 25-30 days after receiving deposit. For customized configuration, lead time will be re‑confirmed with technical team.
Do you provide overseas installation and on‑site training?
Yes. We support overseas on‑site installation & operator training. Remote online training is also available. Also welcome to come to our factory for on-site training.
How long is the warranty period for your 3D printers?
Standard 1‑year warranty for whole machine (excluding human factors). Extended warranty options are available upon request.
What after‑sales support can I get after purchase?
We provide remote technical support 7/24 via email / WhatsApp. Spare‑parts supply, online troubleshooting, parameter tuning guidance are included.
Where can I get main consumable parts?
We supply original spare parts for replacement.
Do your machines pass CE certification?
Yes, our industrial 3D printers have CE certification. Related documents can be provided for your customs clearance.
