Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Quote Requirement: Due to the specialized nature and varying sizes of our industrial 3D printers and materials, shipping costs are not calculated automatically.Please contact our sales team at sales@supermaker3dtech.com to receive a custom shipping quote based on the specific products, quantities, and your destination. An official proforma invoice detailing the product cost and shipping fee will be provided for your review. This process ensures we arrange the most secure and efficient freight solution for your business order.

Payment Terms

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and initiate the production or assembly process.

Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full prior to shipment. We will notify you when your order is ready and provide an invoice for the final payment.

Shipment Release: Your order will be scheduled for shipment only after the final payment has been cleared.

General Policy

Delivery Timeframe: Delivery timelines are provided with your custom shipping quote and are contingent on production lead times and freight availability.

International Customs & Duties: The final shipping quote will specify the agreed Incoterm (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP). Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the initial product or shipping quotes.

Order Tracking: A tracking number and shipping documents will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
